At Naot Footwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes are not a perfect fit, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 60 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process to ensure tracked delivery.
Package Your Shoes
Place the unworn footwear in its original Naot box and secure it inside a separate shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
